Just How Good Are the NCTA Standards?
Much attention is being paid to the customer service standards that were developed by the cable television Multiple System Operators and the National Cable Television Association. It seems as though every cable convention this summer has had at least one panel discussion dedicated to the topic and every industry publication is addressing the topic on a regular basis.
