Jazzed-up Walk-Over takes casual turn
BRIDGEWATER, Mass. - Those familiar with the old shoes produced by Walk-Over are in for a few surprises from the long-time manufacturer, which is set to deliver its first new line under president John Thorbeck, who acquired the firm in April.
With Thorbeck, the former G.H. Bass president, at the helm, Walk-Over has spent the past six months changing the way it does business and the footwear it markets.
