Jul. 26--WASHINGTON--Yale University officials yesterday called on the FBI to investigate unauthorized snooping by members of Princeton University's admissions staff at a Web site Yale set up to inform applicants if they had been admitted to the Ivy League school.
Yale alleges that in April, Princeton admissions personnel used Social Security numbers and birth dates to go online 18 times and secretly access information on the admissions status of 11 prospective Yale students.
