Selmer Unaffected By Default Of Integrated Resources; Company Plans To Go Public
At a series of regional dealer meetings, H.W. Petersen, president of The Selmer Company, announced that the company would probably sever all ties with Integrated Resources and go public during the next two years. He also stressed that Integrated Resources current financial woes would have no effect on Selmer. Held in eight major cities across the country, the dealer meetings represented an effort by Selmer management to meet personally with dealers and forge closer worker relationships.
