ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Walter A. Fallon, former chairman and CEO of Eastman Kodak Company, died Wednesday, July 24, at age 84.
Mr. Fallon was president and CEO of Kodak from 1972 to 1977, and chairman of the board of directors from 1977 until his retirement in 1983.
