Why do I have so many thread breaks? This is the question every technician is asked. Usually they are also asked to fix whatever is causing them. Thread breaks are kind of like snowflakes, no two are alike. Well, maybe not that diverse, but surely there are many factors when you are dealing with why a machine starts to break thread.
