Those darn "to-do" lists can drive a person nuts. You check them off, scratch them out and you still can't seem to get ahead.
Larry Berle of Minneapolis knows the feeling.
For nine years, he had a "to-do" list that seemed almost impossible to complete. It went something like this:
Mow the lawn. Play Augusta National. Clean the garage. Play Shinnecock Hills. Get the oil changed. Play Winged Foot.
Berle is a persistent fellow, though. On July 14, he reached the bottom of his "to-do" list when he putted out on the 18th green at Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton, N.Y.
