For only the fourth time in its nearly 75 year history, the Food Institute's Board of Trustees has elected a new president--Brian Todd, previously Senior Vice President of the Elmwood Park, NJ-based food industry trade association.
Mr. Todd began his career at the Food Institute in 1980 and succeeds Rick Pfaff, who joined the Food Institute in 1971, became president in 1992 and will retire as of August 1.
