WHEN SHERYL CROW wants to have some fun, she jumps onstage.
``It's great to be up in a rock band strutting your stuff,'' says the Southern and classic rock enthusiast, phoning from a tour stop outside of Denver.
``Some of my best workouts are onstage. That's the biggest reason my arms are buffed.''
The 40-year-old musician will pump it up and strut her stuff Saturday at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at the Jeep World Outside Festival, a national tour featuring a slew of musicians on two stages along with interactive adventure sports.
