The World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities (WCD) announces its Keynote Speakers for the Third Annual event, taking place October 3-5, 2002 in its new location the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Four industry leaders from the educational, medical, business and military sectors are scheduled to speak. Governor Jeb Bush is an intended special guest speaker on Friday, October 4th at 5:30 p.m. The WCD (www.wcdexpo.com) is a comprehensive forum that educates, informs and provides a useful exchange of ideas between persons with disabilities and special needs, their families, healthcare professionals and educators
