By Jeff Simpson, Las Vegas Review-Journal Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News

Jul. 27--A casual observer might feel sorry for the man charged with keeping the JW Marriott's 536 hotel rooms filled.

The former operators weren't able to sell enough room nights, and the hotel-casino went bankrupt.

But Clark Albright, the JW Marriott's director of sales and marketing, likes his job and predicts success for the reconstituted venture.
