Jul. 29--A change in state regulations that took effect quietly last month allows liquor stores to advertise pricesfrom who has the cheapest whiskey to what specials stores are running.
You might think most liquor stores would be excited about the change.
Think again.
Many store owners say they already make precious little money for every bottle they sell. They don't want to spend that profit on advertising.
