Fitch rates Wells Fargo Mortgage Backed Securities $298.4 million mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2002-14, as follows: $292.7 million classes A-1 through A-6, A-PO, A-R, and A-LR 'AAA'; $3.1 million class B-1 certificates 'AA'; $1.6 million class B-2 certificates 'A' and $0.9 million class B-3 certificates 'BBB'.

The 'AAA' rating on the senior certificates reflects the 2.45% subordination provided by the 1.05% class B-1, the 0.55% class B-2, the 0.30% class B-3, and the 0.55% non-offered class B certificates. Fitch believes the amount of credit enhancement available will be ...
