Jul. 31--HIGH-TECH SERVICES FIRM ADDS TO CALL-CENTER STAFF: PORT ARTHUR, Texas--Service Zone is beginning to staff the second wing of its new call-center building at 365 FM 365 with technical support agents for its new client, a home-computer printer manufacturer, said Roger Shillow, the site's vice president.
Shillow only would identify the client as a "major player in the market."
The market extends to customers in Quebec, Canada, so the Port Arthur site needs French-speaking agents as well as those who are fluent in Spanish for customers in Latin ...
