PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local TAMDEEN REAL ESTATE CO. is currently gearing-up to develop the Fahaheel waterfront. In so doing, the company recently awarded a construction contract to AHMADIAH CONTRACTING & TRADING CO. (KCSC) of Kuwait.
According to the terms of the award, KCSC will be responsible for building: - A 17,000 square meter retail area; - A food court comprising 6 restaurants; - A mixed-use vegetable and fruit market; - A parking area with a holding capacity of 1,200 vehicles; - A marina and inner harbor to accommodate 260 vessels; - A dhow harbor; - Recreational facilities; - Civil and mechanical works.
