Teaching Technicians From Afar The printing ink ndustry in the United States has been justly proud of its ability to support its customers in the use of its products by providing highly competent technical service. At the heart of this customer support network are the technicians, individuals who have mastered the fundamentals of ink technology and can apply them to problems either in the laboratory or in the field.
