Shares in Hollywood Park reach a 52-week high
Insiders like Marvin Davis have the inside track
And away they go: Shares of Inglewood-based Hollywood Park Realty Enterprises Inc. are running strong in 1990 with 29 insider purchases and no sales reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission since Jan. 1.
"The insider buying goes on and on and on and on," said Martin Roher, general partner of San Francisco-based MSR Capital Partners, which owns about 2 percent Hollywood Park stock. "Given the fact that there are just 4 million shares outstanding, it is amazing that there is so much stock available from outside sources."
