Jul. 31--BENBROOK, Texas--State National Bank of Texas has posted for foreclosure an equestrian center built nearly 20 years ago to serve Benbrook's upscale Rolling Hills development.
The property was auctioned before, but this time the auction is scheduled to be on the steps of the Tarrant County Courthouse.
The 28.4-acre site is owned by Irving-based Shepherd's Valley, which acquired the property in a September 1996 auction held by then-owner Walt Garrison, a former Dallas Cowboys running back.
