Russian govt orders analysis into natural resources issues, nationalization is not on agenda
MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax)- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has not given any instructions to draft a bill on the nationalization of natural resources, but only asked federal bodies of executive power to voice their position on a proposal put forth by a group of scientists calling for amendments to be made to the current law on resources.
