Methods for deteffnining the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) in foods and animal feeds are described in this very useful book. It is claimed that its production was spurred by the advent of nutritional labelling, but it is far more useful and wide ranging than that. It concentrates on physico-chemical methods of analysis, and does not deal with bioassays in any detail, but these are of limited use and applicability.
