The Sixth World Choral Symposium, circulating singers from about 50 countries through the metro area for the next nine days, is global not just in reach but also in stature.
Renowned conductor Helmuth Rilling will descend from the upper reaches of choral music's world class onto the stage of Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis to lead the Oregon Bach Festival Chorus, members of the Minnesota Chorale, the San Francisco Girls Chorus, five soloists and a full orchestra.
