ONTARIO, Calif. -- Mag Instrument, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of premium flashlights, announced today that it has won a permanent injunction against Bison Sportslights, Inc. and its founders, brothers Christopher Halasz and Stephen Halasz, barring them from using or benefiting from technology developed by Mag Instrument and from falsely advertising the flashlights sold by Bison Sportslights.
The injunction follows a favorable jury verdict earlier this month in Mag Instrument's trade secrets and false advertising litigation against Bison Sportslights, Inc., Christopher Halasz and Stephen Halasz.
