Joamir Alves (ex-director of Bombril S.A. and partners of Option Servicos Financeiros) has replaced Maurilio Biagi Filho on the chairmanship of Companhia Energetica Santa Elisa. Biagi Filho remains on the company' Board of Directors and leaves for its successor a modern company with great perspectives and an operating net income of R$400mil in 2001.
