CANTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 2002
Stream International, a global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) outsourcing services provider, and the City of Watertown through the New York State Department of Economic Development, and the Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency, announced today that Stream has selected Watertown, N.Y., for its next U.S. customer interaction center. Stream, a Solectron company, expects that its new customer interaction center will employ up to 700 employees when fully operational.
