WASHINGTON -- Family Research Council President Ken Connor celebrated President Bush's signage Monday of the Born Alive Infants Protection Act, calling it "a watershed in the effort to roll back the abortion-on-demand regime created by Roe v. Wade." The bill provides for the protection of a child who survives an abortion.
