All can be found on the menu of Via Mare, a gourmet restaurant chain in the Philippines. And starting in September, those same items will be available in the frozen food section of Hampton Roads grocery stores, ethnic food markets and military commissaries thanks to Virginia Beach entrepreneur Joan C. Mallen.
