Aug. 6--The agency that operates buses and rails in Tarrant County is looking for new leadership for the first time in a quarter-century.
John Bartosiewicz, the Fort Worth Transportation Authority's president and general manager for 25 years, said Monday that he will step aside in January, midway through a two-year contract.
"Change is always good," said Bartosiewicz, who has accepted a job as chief operating officer for McDonald Transit Associates.
