Serono S.A. (virt-x: SEO)(NYSE: SRA) and Genentech, Inc. (NYSE:DNA) today announced that the two companies have entered into an agreement under which Serono will receive an exclusive license to market the psoriasis treatment Raptiva(TM) (efalizumab, formerly Xanelim(TM)) internationally outside of the United States, Japan, and certain other Asian countries.
