Faulkner Co. autumn: new headquarters, new name, new agents in New York City
Faulkner Co., a major Los Angeles commercial real estate brokerage firm, will open its new headquarters office in downtown L.A. on Oct. 15 under a new nameplate: Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu. And the new firm plans to expand into four new U.S. markets.
Within the next 30 days, Faulkner will acquire a major New York City commercial brokerage, revealed Joseph T. Faulkner, former chairman of the Faulkner Co. and now chairman of U.S. operations for Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu.
