The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS) yesterday said that Ralph Crosby, who left in January as the head of Northrop Grumman's [NOC] Integrated Systems Sector (ISS), will become the new chairman and CEO of EADS North America starting Sept. 1.
"I am delighted to join the unique international team at EADS," Crosby said in a statement. "The world class aerospace capabilities of EADS are a strong foundation for addressing the needs of U.S. customers directly, and in collaboration with American partners.
