KRPA paper mill raises net profit to CZK 20 mln in 2001
Prague June 4 INTERFAX EUROPE - Krkonosske papirny (KRPA), one of the largest Czech paper mills, raised its net from CZK 9 mln in 2000 to CZK 20 mln in 2001, according to figures released by the firm.
Sales, on the other hand, dropped 5 % to CZK 2.06 bn last year. The growth in profits was due in particular to lower deferred income tax, while sales fell because of the strong crown. A decline in the price ...
