Russia proposes four-way talks to settle issue of EU expansion's consequence for Kaliningrad
Warsaw. June 20. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Russia proposes launching four-way talks involving itself, the EU, Poland and Lithuania to settle issues concerning the status of the Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad, which will be separated from Russia once Lithuania and Poland join the EU, expected in 2004.
