Chenal Properties, the real estate marketing division of Deltic Timber Corp., recently held a grand opening for its new Red Oak Ridge branch office at Hot Springs.
Similar to the Chenal Valley community at Little Rock, Red Oak Ridge is an 800-acre residential community with 600 homesites designed around three planned lakes. Two neighborhood offerings are currently available, Red Oak Circle, which features 34 estate-sized homesites, many with lake views, and Garden's Gate, which offers 44 wooded homesites. The community has controlled access. The neighborhoods are in the Lakeside School District.
