Aug. 13--Travelers booked on US Airways flying out Piedmont Triad International Airport have plenty of other flight options if the airline cuts back service as it tries to reorganize its finances under bankruptcy protection.
"We're in better shape than the airline's hub cities because there are alternatives, which is a benefit to folks in this community," Gayle Anderson, the executive director of the Greater Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, said yesterday.
