LEGENDARY comic Sir Norman Wisdom admitted yesterday that he found his weekend visit to Hope House an emotional experience.
The 87-year-old comedian staged a golf tournament to raise funds for the Oswestry hospice which looks after terminally ill children from North Wales.
Obviously moved by his visit, Sir Norman said: ``I have visited the hospice and chatted to the children and their carers. I found a place full of life and laughter, just my kind of place, although there was the occasional moment which brought a lump to my throat.
