Aug. 10--Doyle Motley, chief financial officer of troubled music resale chain CD Warehouse Inc., has resigned.
Motley, who became chief financial officer in 1996, confirmed Friday he is leaving effective Sept. 1. He said it was mostly for personal reasons, but admitted he had some conflicts over how the company should handle its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
"There might be some differences over how to do this. I'm not sure you could say 'disagreement,' but rather just different approaches to it," he said.
