Aug. 13--FORT WORTH, Texas--Nokia supplier Eimo Americas plans to move more workers to its Alliance location, as early as September.
Eimo will first close down a factory that employs 60 workers in Georgetown. About 10 or 15 workers will be added to the staff of 130 workers at Alliance, said Phil Weaver, the company's vice president of human resources and administration.
"As of yet, we're probably talking 60 to 90 days," Weaver said.
The cellphone parts manufacturer has leased a 66,000-square-foot building at 2151 Eagle Parkway near Alliance ...
