Health Net, Inc. (NYSE:HNT) today announced the appointment of Mark S. El-Tawil, 37, as president of its Arizona health plan subsidiary, Health Net of Arizona, effective August 19, 2002. El-Tawil will report to Jeff Folick, executive vice president of Regional Health Plans and Specialty Companies for Health Net, Inc.
Health Net of Arizona, serving Arizona for more than 20 years, has more than 178,000 members through individual and group HMO and PPO plans, and Medicare+Choice products.
