Zetters has agreed to sell its football pools business to Littlewoods, a subsidiary of Sportech, the home gaming company, for a cash consideration of GBP1.35m (E2.11m).
The disposal marks the final step of the transformation of Zetters into a provider of specialist financial products. The company plans to change its name to IFX Group.
