After 16 years of service, Su and Bob Champion are selling the Marina Village Inn, a waterfront hotel that has become a cornerstone at Everett's south Marina.
"I think it's time, and I'd like to do something different," said Su Champion, who operates the 26-room hotel. "I may go back into real estate."
The value of the building as listed with Snohomish County is nearly $2.5 million.
In 1985, when she was a commercial property manager for DA Duryea, one of her first big listings was the newly developed Marina Village. Only Anthony's Homeport restaurant was leasing space. Other spaces, including what would become the inn, were slated for office ...
