DO you know where you were on August 16, 1977?
I do - or at least my mother does. And a maternity ward in Haverfordwest is clearly a difficult place to forget. Apparently, 25pc of Americans still remember where they were, who they were with, or what they were doing when they heard that Elvis had died.
But while the world was busy weeping over his death, my parents were celebrating the birth of their second child ... me.
So it was that a quirk of fate made me one of the oldest members of the aprs-Elvis generation. ...
