Shortly after the explosion at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, an all-points bulletin (APB) went out over the Oklahoma City Police radio band alerting law-enforcement officers to be on the lookout for a "late-model Chevrolet full-size pickup, brown in color with tinted windows."
