August promises to light up the arrivals board at Vanderbilt Station, a new restaurant by third-generation restaurateurs Kieran and Jennifer Brew. Business is chugging ahead steadily after its opening six weeks ago and its lunch launch last week. And Mrs. Brew is on track to deliver a baby any day.
If not with a silver spoon, the new Brew will be born with a silver trolley in the family restaurant. Vanderbilt Station, in the former Vanderbilt Hotel at Park Avenue and East 33rd Street, is intended to celebrate the fact and fancy of the location.
