Lend Lease Real Estate Investments has increased its 50% ownership stake in Lend Lease Rosen Real Estate Securities to 74.9% and has also entered into a three-year agreement to buy the rest of the company from its partner Rosen Financial Services II, a partnership controlled by Kenneth T. Rosen and Michael A. Torres.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
