Kim Ruiz Beck, eldest daughter of co-founder and chairman Fred Ruiz, has been appointed vice chairman of Ruiz Food Products, Dinuba, California, USA, manufacturer of Mexican frozen food.
Beck is from the third generation of the Ruiz family. Her grandfather, Louis Ruiz, was the other co-founder of the company back in 1964. She joined the team right out of college, and has already been marketing coordinator, marketing manager, sales manager (clubs and industrial), vice president of marketing and product development, and executive vice president and corporate secretary.
