Aug. 18--FOURS, France--For many years, the two sisters of a certain age spent their mornings hunched over the kitchen table in their tiny, nameless roadside auberge. Wearing matching blue ruffled frocks, their hair dyed to the same jet-black hue, the sisters would meticulously shape the house specialty, raviolis de Fours.
