Patrick Small has no fear of the thorniest issue in Hampton Roads economic development circles.
When asked how to improve the region's development efforts, the Isle of Wight County economic development director grabs it hard.
``Change the name!'' Small said. ``I don't think Hampton Roads cuts it. We need a name people recognize.''
Small suggests Norfolk/Virginia Beach or the ``Greater Something Area.'' Research shows Norfolk is the region's most recognizable city, he said.
