A tree on the grounds of the Navy Supply Corps School was dedicated to VADM Keith W. Lippert, 41st Chief of the Navy Supply Corps and current Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, in a ceremony held on April 11th. CAPT David Ruff, Commanding Officer of the Supply Corps School, remarked that VADM Lippert is "a great leader and visionary" for the Supply Corps. The Schumard Oak tree dedication was highlighted by the unveiling of a brass plaque marking the occasion.
