M. Daniel at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and collaborators in Australia analyzed data from community screening programs to determine the prevalence of diabetes and the risk factors for diabetes, including fasting and 2-hour glucose levels and body mass index (BMI), in 2626 Australian Aborigines, ages 15 to 94 years old.
