DuPont Titanium Technologies (Wilmington, Del.) has announced price increases for all DuPont Ti-Pure titanium dioxide grades sold worldwide as follows.
* Effective June 1, 2002, or as permitted by contract-in Europe, EUR200/MT; Middle East and Africa, US$150/MT. (Price changes)
* Effective July 1--In the United States and Canada, prices of Ti-Pure coatings, plastics, and specialty grades increase by US$0.06/lb and C$0.09/lb, respectively. In North America, laminate grades increase by $0.08. In Central America, the Caribbean, and Brazil, prices increase by $1 50/MT. In Mexico and the remainder of South America, prices increase by $ 100/MT.
